The 57th Annual White Lake Area Christmas Parade
Join the White Lake Area as they celebrate Christmas with their annual Christmas Parade from Whitehall to Montague. Don’t miss this festive procession starting at Whitehall City Hall on Elizabeth Street at 2:00pm, and concluding in front of Montague City Hall with Santa in his sleigh! Children of all ages can join Santa at his house outside Montague City Hall for pictures and a chance to tell Santa what you want for Christmas. North Muskegon's 5th Annual Circle of Trees
Join family and friends at Walker Park in North Muskegon Sunday, December 6th for the 5th Annual Circle of Trees. There will be a Dog Parade starting at 2nd Street at 5:00pm, followed by the Lighting of the Trees at 5:30pm in Walker Park. Then, join North Muskegon Middle School and High School Choirs as they lead us in a Community Carol Sing,and don't miss out on chilidogs and snacks in the Community Center. New for 2009 is the chance to purchase a tree for $15, already secured in place at Walker Park, just waiting for for your group to decorate on Sunday. Trees are limited to 25 and must be reserved in advance. Trees can be decorated at any time on Sunday, but must be completed by 4:00pm. Mardi Gras Muskegon
Back for a fourth year, this is a fund-raiser for Muskegon Summer Celebration. The Oak Ridge Golf Club, 513 W. Pontaluna in Norton Shores, will be transformed into a slice of Bourbon Street from 7 p.m. to midnight. Tickets are limited and are now available for just $20 and include plenty of authentic New Orleans-style food provided by Above and Beyond catering, masks, beads, with music by Rocket Fuel Haulers. Other fun things include a silent and live auction, prize wheel and a caricature artist. Bid on

Muskegon Summer Celebration
Muskegon's 11-day music festival featuring a new headlining band each night, midway rides, food, a kick-off parade and fireworks on the 4th of July.
